assistance, and related advisory services to businesses. All materials—training content, documentation,
deliverables—remain our intellectual property, licensed to you only for the intended purpose.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
By using our services or website, you agree to:
Provide accurate, lawful, and current information during registration or service requests
Use our services only for lawful and authorised purposes
Refrain from infringing third-party rights or misusing content
Not introduce harmful software or disrupt the site’s functioning
Keep your login credentials secure
Abide by the terms and applicable law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misconduct or violation.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
Service fees are as stated in your proposal or on our site, expressed in GBP and inclusive of VAT unless
noted. Payments are processed via bank transfer or approved electronic methods. Unless otherwise agreed,
invoices are due 14 days from date of issue. Access to services is granted once payment is received.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
For training registrations: cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the event may qualify for a
full refund. Within 7 days, a 50% refund applies; fewer than 7 days, no refund will be issued. Consultancy
contracts follow mutually agreed termination terms specified in your agreement.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content owned by Corevia or its licensors is protected under applicable IP laws. Use is licensed and
limited to your internal business purposes. No copying, republishing, or public distribution without written
permission is permitted.
8. Limitation of Liability
Whilst we strive for excellence, outputs or advice are provided “as is” without warranty of results. Corevia
will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of advice or materials.
Our total liability is capped to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales,
specifically in London. We encourage good-faith negotiations before formal proceedings.
10. Changes to Terms
Corevia may update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services after changes indicates
acceptance. Updated terms are published on our website.
